Rome – Part II – The Vatican

Aaaannnddd…back to Rome.  The majority of our second day here was spent touring the Vatican.  Vatican City is the world’s smallest country (a city-state, to be precise), and is the world center for Catholicism.  Trying to take in all the city has to offer is as exhausting as it is seemingly impossible, but we did our best.

Side note – only one more blog entry from my trip to Europe left to go, which I will hopefully be posting by the end of the week.

The museum was a giant, overwhelming work of art, and these walls are just a “small” example of that.
