Saint Patrick’s Day

Last Thursday was Saint Patrick’s Day, and in New York the holiday just wouldn’t be the same without the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade. The parade, which celebrated its 250th anniversary this year, marches down Fifth Avenue for over 40 blocks and is six hours long. While I was in the unfortunate position of having to work last Thursday, I am lucky enough to work by the parade route, and was able to sneak out briefly to catch these photos.
